First, choose an undertaker. It works best if you allow the undertaker to make the first contact with the church and the
crematorium, to co-ordinate all the various people involved in making the funeral problem-free.
Once the date and time have been agreed, the priest taking your funeral will call on you to discuss the sort of service you
want and to plan it. We are always happy for relatives or friends to speak at funerals, and equally happy to speak ourselves.
There are very few rules about things that must happen at a funeral, and we will always try to create the sort of service
you feel is right. We can provide an organist and have the facility to play CDs at the church.
The undertakers will be able to explain the fees to you, which vary according to the type of service you have
chosen.
